Connection is everything!

My approach to therapy is shaped by my East Coast, mixed-race roots—identities that bring both warmth and directness into the room. I show up authentically and with deep investment in helping couples build real, sustainable connection. Whether we intend it or not, our relationships carry the weight of culture, race, gender dynamics, and family of origin—so we name it, explore it, and make room for growth!

I work through a lens of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, trauma-informed practices, and affirming care. Currently, I’m earning my AASECT certification as a sex therapist, which deepens my ability to hold space for honest conversations around sex, sexuality, and intimacy—essential components of all fulfilling and connected relationships.

At the heart of my work is the relationship itself. I focus on creating a safe, grounded space where you can be vulnerable and unpack hard truths, so you can develop the tools to always find your way back to each other with more trust, clarity, and understanding. My style blends compassion with connection—so while you’ll feel supported, you’ll also be gently challenged when needed. Therapy with me goes beyond surface-level talk; it’s about shifting how you experience each other and stepping into something deeper, more secure, and more connected.
