I am a licensed therapist specializing in couples work. I utilize the Gottman Method to help couples reduce conflict, increase positive and effective communication, and improve their overall connection with one another.

I identify as a heterosexual female and use she/her/hers pronouns. I enjoy working with couples who are different from myself because I believe our differences are what makes the world a beautiful and interesting place. I am open to and enjoy working with couples identifying as LGBTQ+ or who are in non-traditional relationships.

Relationships are tricky and have an impact on all areas of our lives. I work with couples who are in all stages of their lives with one another.
