I assist couples to overcome the barriers that get in the way of connecting and supporting each other. I can help you to manage conflict and stress, rebuilding the trust in your partner, and to increase your connection with each other.
My approach to therapy is based on the Gottman Method for Couples and I am also influenced by evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My style is warm, engaging and compassionate to allow both of your perspectives to be heard and understood. I collaborate closely with my clients in order to tailor and design a treatment plan.
