Using the Gottman Method and a person-centered approach, couples will develop awareness of unhealthy patterns and learn techniques to improve communication and strengthen bonds. I have experience supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck, alone, confused, and stressed.
In addition to using the Gottman Method, my therapeutic approaches include principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
