I help couples uncover the unconscious patterns and emotional wounds beneath their conflicts, transforming disconnection into intimacy using Gottman level 2 and EFT. Using EMDR, I help individuals process trauma and loosen the grip of the past. My approach blends emotional depth, compassion, and curiosity to bring the unconscious into awareness and create space for healing.
