Relationships can be both the most rewarding and the most challenging part of our lives. If you’re here, chances are you and your partner may be feeling stuck—maybe struggling to communicate, unsure about the future of your relationship, or finding yourselves caught in the same arguments over and over. My role is to help you untangle those patterns and rebuild a sense of trust, connection, and partnership.

I work best with couples who are open to feedback and willing to show up authentically. I use the Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich to give you practical tools you can use right away, whether you’re preparing for a long-term commitment, navigating conflict, or exploring ethical nonmonogamy.
