For more than 25 years, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating the places in relationships where love, intimacy, identity and real life collide.
My work is particularly suited to people who want more than simply managing a relationship crisis. Together, we work to understand what is happening beneath the conflict, recognise the patterns that keep repeating, and develop practical ways to reconnect, repair and move forward.
My approach draws extensively on the Gottman Method and my background in relationship psychology and clinical sexology. I work across communication and conflict, intimacy and sexual connection, affairs and betrayal, premarital preparation, relationship transitions, neurodivergence, addiction and recovery, grief, burnout and significant life change.
After more than two decades in private practice, my work today is highly tailored. Some clients come to me for focused relationship work; others prefer longer private advisory pathways or intensive experiences when weekly therapy does not suit the complexity of their lives.
I have a particular interest in working with entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, high-performing individuals and couples whose relationships are being asked to carry the pressures of demanding careers, leadership, family, visibility or significant life transitions.
