My true passion is working with couples and helping them realize their full potential. Using the Gottman Method is incredibly effective in helping couples establish healthier relationships. I have witnessed so many couples transform their relationship by learning the Gottman Method Couples Therapy skills. Even if your marriage is stable, these skills can improve your closeness and communication. I find that intensive marathon therapy allows intensive healing and learning to occur very quickly. I see improvement with intensive therapy in just 2 days! My intention is that couples and individual clients learn to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle where they express understanding and compassion for one another in their relationships.
