I have extensive training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy(Level 2), am a certified Leader of Gottman’s Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, and am trained in Treating Trauma and Affairs in Couples. In addition to couple’s work, I integrate parts work into my sessions — a gentle, affirming, and insightful approach that helps clients explore the many parts of themselves with compassion and understanding. This method often leads to powerful self-awareness and lasting growth.
