I specialize in helping couples find connection through healthy communication, conflict management, and intimacy utilizing Gottman Method tools. I believe couples seek counseling because they want something to be different in their lives, and I think a couple working together can make those changes happen. In the counseling process, clients can be helped to understand themselves better, set personal goals, and be supported in development. I aspire to meet you both where you are at, help you to feel valued, heard, and understood through our work together.
I work from an attachment-based model of therapy with all couples and pre-marital couples. My approach to treatment is collaborative. Level 3 trained in the John Gottman Method. I also have a Gottman certification in Trauma, Affairs, and Addiction.
I am passionate about therapy and helping others experience the freedom from "looking in the mirror" and exploring your truth. Come as you are. I'd consider it a privilege to walk with you as you begin your transformative process.
