When our closest relationship is a source of conflict and loneliness, we struggle to find a way to emotionally reconnect. It does not need to be that way. I enjoy guiding couples through the journey to transform their relationship into a fulfilling one.
I work with couples and adult individuals who are experiencing relational distress or going through life transitions. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I have ample experience and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I strive to create a warm and empathic environment where couples feel safe and supported. I am also certified in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and in Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling.
