I’m passionate about helping people navigate relationships, mental health & personal challenges in a warm, friendly & direct way. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve supported a wide range of clients, including couples, parents, teens and busy professionals.
As a Level 3 trained Gottman Couples Therapist and Family Therapist, I use evidence-based strategies to help couples improve communication, manage conflict & deepen emotional connections. Whether you're in a long-term relationship, navigating a new one, or dealing with challenges, my goal is to create meaningful change. I’m comfortable working with all types of relationships, including blended families and LGBTQIA+ partnerships.
In addition to couples therapy, I have extensive experience working with trauma, using EMDR therapy to help clients heal from distressing experiences. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, supporting individuals with ADHD, autism & other neurodiverse conditions, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their unique needs. Creating a safe, supportive environment is central to my work, where every client feels respected and understood.
I also work with parents, especially those raising teens, to help them navigate the ups and downs of parenting during adolescence. I offer practical support with communication, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting, helping parents build stronger, more connected relationships with their teens.
For busy professionals, I provide support in managing the challenges of balancing work and personal life. Whether it’s managing stress or setting boundaries, I help clients achieve a healthier balance and improve their overall wellbeing.
I believe therapy should be flexible and accessible, so I offer different formats, including in-person, online, marathon sessions / intensives.
