With over 26 years of experience I help couples, families and individuals navigate life’s challenges and create stronger, healthier relationships. I offer compassionate support tailored to your unique needs with an expertise in a wide range of issues including infidelity, communication struggles, sexual issues, divorce management, anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, attention deficit disorders in adults, sleep issues, parenting struggles, blended family issues, etc.

I am a proud graduate of Purdue University and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois, Indiana and Florida. I am also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and a Certified Gottman Seven Principles Leader.

As a seasoned therapist, my expertise is also as a recognized educator and speaker. I have authored training manuals and delivered presentations nationwide on topics like healing from the trauma of infidelity, telemental health service delivery, clinical documentation, telesupervision, clinical supervision and ethics in couples therapy. My teaching experience at Purdue University and the Illinois Institute of Technology further highlights my dedication to advancing the field of mental health.
