I specialize in helping couples reconnect emotionally and sexually, especially when they feel stuck in recurring conflict, painful communication cycles, intimacy struggles, or emotional disconnection.

My work is grounded in Gottman-informed couples therapy, integrating practical relationship tools with deeper emotional and relational work. I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate intimacy concerns, and better understand the patterns keeping them stuck.

I also bring a differentiation-based and trauma-informed lens to couples therapy, particularly when past experiences, emotional reactivity, shame, or family-of-origin dynamics impact a couple’s ability to communicate clearly and stay connected during conflict.

As an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist, I frequently work with couples navigating the intersection of relationships, sexuality, faith, and culture. Many of my clients come from religious or values-oriented backgrounds and are trying to untangle the messages they received about sex, intimacy, emotional needs, and partnership while building a relationship that feels authentic, connected, and sustainable.

Clients often describe my style as direct, warm, practical, and deeply engaged. I balance structured relationship interventions with insight-oriented work to help couples create meaningful and lasting change.

I work with couples and individuals throughout Colorado, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Idaho via telehealth, and offer in-person sessions in Centennial, Colorado.
