As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a safe and respectful space for you to freely share your thoughts and feelings.

I work with couples and adults who are highly motivated to learn communication strategies that lead to genuine connection, collaboration and compromise, and unlearn communication patterns that lead to disconnection, disappointment and despair.

As a fellow parent, I enjoy supporting couples and individuals as you adjust to the joys and stressors of becoming parents and helping you balance the flexibility and structure required in expanding your family unit.

I offer 13+ years of experience and training including Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a Bringing Baby Home Educator, and Gottman Relationship Checkup assessment approved member. I also have Level 2 training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy. I use Family Systems, Attachment-based, Trauma Informed and Multicultural theories as the foundation of my work.
