As a Level 3 Gottman Method trained therapist, I offer a research based therapy called The Gottman Method. In utilizing this approach, you will learn healthier ways to communicate, enhance your friendship, and create shared meaning. Our work might also include or be influenced by mindfulness/meditation, and CBT.
