Welcome. As the Principal Owner of A Time to Heal Counseling, it is my genuine pleasure to share a bit about my background and my passion for helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of their lives and relationships.

The journey to a more connected, fulfilling life is a deeply personal one, and selecting the right person to guide you through it is a significant decision. My approach is built on a foundation of both rigorous academic training and real-world application, blending psychological insight with practical business sense to provide a truly holistic perspective on relationships. My educational journey provided a strong, multifaceted foundation for this work. I graduated with a major in Psychology from the esteemed Princeton University. Subsequently, I earned a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. To bring a holistic, well-rounded perspective, I also completed the Executive Master's in Business Administration (EMBA) program from the University of South Florida. This unique combination allows me to understand both the emotional landscapes of my clients and the practical realities they navigate daily.

My true passion lies in helping couples cultivate stronger, more resilient relationships. I hold extensive training in the renowned Gottman Method Couples Therapy, having completed the Gottman Institute Advanced Practicum Training as a Level 3 Couples Therapist. This robust, evidence-based framework is central to my practice. Additional theoretical frameworks include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

I provide confidential online couples therapy, and premarital and marital counseling services. For an accelerated path to change, I also offer immersive, one-on-one marriage intensives designed to make significant progress in a condensed timeframe.
