I’m passionate about helping people navigate their relationships, whether you’re a couple, part of a family, or an individual looking to strengthen your connections. Many of my clients include neurodiverse couples, blended families, new parents, empty nesters, multicultural couples, and families with teens or adult children. I understand that communication, conflict management, and emotional closeness can be challenging. Sometimes, issues like infidelity can create wounds that need healing before moving forward.

Having been in a long-term marriage and raising two grown children, I have personal insights that help me connect with my clients on a deeper level.
