About
I am a clinical social worker with many years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of different settings. I have expertise in childhood trauma and its impact on relationships, perinatal mental health, and reproductive mental health, with advanced training through Postpartum Support International and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. As a Level-2 trained Gottman Method couples therapist, I enjoy helping couples navigate conflict, build understanding of differences, strengthen connection, and make important decisions—particularly in the transition to parenthood and family life.
I provide a compassionate, structured space for clients to explore their emotions, improve communication, and build connection. I am committed to guiding clients toward deeper understanding and building skills to cope with many different challenges.
I am particularly experienced in working with couples and individuals facing infertility, assisted reproduction, postpartum stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and parenting challenges.
