About

My couples often come in feeling stuck. They want to see meaningful change and are ready to do the work. With that, I often describe my style as "caringly confrontational." I provide a validating and nonjudgmental space while calling partners in if something is getting in the way of connection.

I work with couples to develop a greater sense of comfort around vulnerability, sex, and connection. Despite being hardwired for connection, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, and other everyday obstacles often get in the way. While I enjoy working with all couples, I am especially invested in providing a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ couples.

I provide in-person couples therapy in Bloomfield, NJ, and virtually in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Florida.
