I am here for the hard and messy. But I am also here to show you that healing can be a form of magic. That there can be beautiful release and joy and connection through healing our pain and hurt. If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing else is working I am here to try the new and experimental with you. I am here to help you explore different options and to be your number one cheerleader! Together we will learn that through your choices (and you have so many) you can create a different life for yourself.

We will work together to create a family value system- one where you and your partner can come to an understanding of what is at the foundation of your relationship.

Through various interventions we will create a more effective way of communication. This will be done through attunement, being able to attune to what your partner is feeling, without taking on the feeling yourself.

We will work on the core of things, what is at the bottom of our actions and words, and work together to make necessary shifts so everyone feels seen and heard.
