Hey there! I’m Megan- a couples therapist dedicated to helping you build a relationship you love coming home to. If you're feeling stuck, I have good news. Love is a skill that can be developed and I've got the tools and the expertise to guide you toward the relationship you've always dreamed of.

If you fight about the same things over and over, feel lonely and disconnected, or have become more like roommates than lovers, I can help. I'll teach you how to improve your communication, navigate your differences, and deepen your connection. I'll help you keep conflict discussions calm and remember what you love about each other.

Couples therapy is an investment in your most important relationship. A sustained happy relationship improves your health, boosts your immune system, increases emotional resilience, and extends your lifespan. If you have children, they will be more secure, content, and successful in their future relationships if you maintain a healthy relationship. Most couples can learn the skills needed to improve their relationship in 15-20 sessions, unlocking a lifetime of emotional, physical, and financial benefits.

I am accepting new clients for online sessions ($200 for a 50-minute session). I see clients from 9am-3pm PT Monday-Friday. You can see my availability, book a session, and see the answers to my most frequently asked questions on my website. Let's get your relationship back on track!
