In couples counseling, you'll learn new skills based on extensive research that will get you real results. We’ll start with an online relationship assessment to uncover what’s working and where you need support. From there, I’ll teach you tools to have better conversations, create more moments of connection, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner.

You’ll learn how to nurture respect, affection, and closeness in your relationship. Together, we’ll work on keeping conflict discussions calm, shifting to a more positive view of your partner, and strengthening the friendship that’s at the heart of your love. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
