About

Megan offers a space to seek relationship health at all stages of life. While currently only offering telehealth sessions through a HIPAA compliant video conferencing service, her practice is a place where BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals are welcomed, cherished, worthy, and beloved.

Megan has spent the majority of her career serving families that are experiencing distress in their relationship and also couples who want to make the most out of their marriage.

Megan often supports growing families in perinatal seasons as they find themselves in preparation for and after the arrival of children. Having children is an amazing gift, however it can take a toll on even the healthiest relationships. Research shows that within three years after the birth of a baby, approximately 2/3 of couples will experience a significant drop in relationship quality and have a dramatic increase in conflict/tension/hostility.

Many couples are surprised by the feelings that arise and find great relief in being able to implement new tools to navigate this new life season.

Many couples appreciate the structured Gottman Method approach which can offer very specific recommendations to create both quick and long term shifts in the relationship dynamic. It offers practical techniques that assist in learning how to rely on each other as a source of stress relief instead of a source of stress.

Additionally, Megan is an approved Pre-Marital Course provider in Hillsborough County. Establishing a firm foundation and investing early in the relationship can have long term impacts.

Do you want to a more fulfilling relationship experience? Many clients seek Megan's support to establish healthy habits, to pursue a thriving relationship, and to achieve more peace in their life. Megan sees it as a privilege to bear witness to and support your journey towards relational wellness.
