About
As a therapist, I’m here to support you through the most difficult and meaningful parts of your journey—whether you're healing from infidelity, betrayal, past relational trauma, or grief and loss. I specialize in couples therapy and trauma work, and I bring warmth, structure, and practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and connection.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC) with advanced training in the Gottman Method (Levels 1,2,3) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), two powerful, evidence-based approaches that help couples deepen emotional intimacy, improve communication, and rebuild trust. I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I use with both individuals and couples to process trauma and promote lasting healing. Lastly, I'm Prepare & Enrich certified (premarital and marital assessment tool), a certified Enneagram Life Coach. I graduated from Denver Seminary with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Whether you're navigating a crisis or simply hoping to strengthen your relationship, I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where meaningful connection, open communication, and personal growth are possible.
Couples Intensives are also available.
