Are you tired of the same fight over and over again? Are you feeling distant from your partner? Or are you engaged to be married and want to start your relationship with a solid foundation?

There is hope! We use an integrative approach in order to meet your specific couple needs. We specialize in couples using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prep-Enrich, and other approaches. We understand the multiple layers and complexities of a relationship. Together we can navigate how to get your relationship back on track. We offer virtual therapy and limited in-person availability in Mississauga and Sarnia.

We offer couples therapy and premarital counselling. We also offer couple enrichment/ coaching with workshops and retreats based on Gottman's book "The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work". Additionally, we have several 8-12 week programs available for premarriage, relationship enrichment, new parents and grief/loss.

Melissa (MSW, RSW), Azalea (MSW, RSW), and Susan (RP Qualifying) are more than happy to help support you in your journey. Our Interns also offer affordable therapy options.

Melissa is a Certified Gottman Therapist and offers supervision services to Practitioners and Interns. If meeting in person in Sarnia, she will likely have her friendly dog, Daisy, with her.

Azalea comes with a wealth of knowledge, experience and training with couples and diversity, and has been married for a few years. She offers on-line only.

Susan has been married for over 30 years, has a passion for working with premarital couples, and has a Christian faith background. She is available in-person in Mississauga.

Our Interns offer affordable counselling services and has ONE pro-bono spot per semester.
