Attention Teachers! Summer is here! We have full-day personalized intensive sessions and a new 8-week couples program based on Gottman's 7 Principles.

Are you tired of the same fight over and over again? Are you feeling distant from your partner? Or are you engaged to be married and want to start your relationship with a solid foundation?

There is hope! We use an integrative approach in order to meet your specific couple needs. We specialize in couples using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Prep-Enrich, and other approaches. We understand the multiple layers and complexities of a relationship. Together we can navigate how to get your relationship back on track. We offer virtual therapy and limited in-person availability.

We offer couples therapy and premarital counselling. We also offer couple enrichment/ coaching with workshops and retreats based on Gottman's book "The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work".

Melissa (MSW, RSW), Azalea (MSW, RSW), Susan (RP Qualifying), and Mathilde (MSW Candidate) are more than happy to help support you in your journey.

Melissa is a Certified Gottman Therapist and offers supervision services to practitioners and interns. If meeting in person, she will likely have her friendly dog, Daisy, with her.

Azalea comes with a wealth of knowledge and training with couples, experience with Indigenous and LGBTQ2S+ populations, and is also married.

Susan has been married for over 30 years, has a passion for working with premarital couples, and has a faith background.

Mathilde offers affordable counselling services and has ONE pro-bono spot for a couple.
