Hello, and bravo on taking the first step of your journey. Are you tired of the same fight over and over again? Are you feeling distant from your partner?

There is hope! We use an integrative approach in order to meet your specific couple needs. We specialize in couples using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and other approaches. We understand the multiple layers and complexities of a relationship. Together we can navigate how to get your relationship back on track. We offer virtual therapy and limited in-person availability.

We also offer premarital counselling, and couple enrichment counselling/ coaching with workshops and retreats based on Gottman's book "The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work".

Susan (RP Qualifying) and Beck (MSW Candidate) offer affordable counselling services. Susan has been married for over 30 years, has a passion for working with premarital couples, and has a faith background.

Beck has experience working with the 2SLGBTQI+ community and loves to work with couples and those involved in consensual polyamory.

Melissa has a young child and has personal and professional experience with interracial relationships. She also offers supervision services to practitioners and interns. If meeting in person, she will likely have her friendly dog, Daisy, with her.
