Hello, and bravo on taking the first step of your journey. Are you tired of the same fight over and over again? Are you feeling distant from your partner?

There is hope! I use an integrative approach in order to meet your specific couple needs. I specialize in couples using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and understand the multiple layers and complexities of a relationship. Together we can navigate how to get your relationship back on track.

I also offer premarital counselling, and couple enrichment counselling/ coaching with workshops and retreats based on Gottman's book "The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work".

Melissa also offers supervision services to practitioners and interns. Her intern, Kristen Parselias, is also trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Method and is currently accepting new clients at an affordable rate. She is a Master of Social Work Candidate with the University of Toronto.
