About
With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and 10 years as a Gottman Method Certified Therapist, I specialize in helping couples improve communication, resolve conflict, and restore intimacy. I am also certified in Shame Resilience Theory through Dr. Brené Brown's work, which deepens my ability to help clients build authentic, connected relationships.
Whether you are navigating a crisis or simply looking for support through a new life stage or challenge, I am here to help. I work with couples to understand how their past shapes their relationship, build healthier communication patterns, and rediscover the friendship and intimacy that sustain lasting partnerships.
My approach is warm, empathic, and action-oriented. I believe that understanding how our past experiences have shaped us is essential to building healthier futures — and that this awareness, brought thoughtfully into our work together, is what creates the connection, joy, and belonging we all need to truly thrive.
