I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trained at National University, specializing in narrative-informed and relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My practice is dedicated to providing a warm, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds can pursue meaningful growth.

In my work with couples, I utilize Level 2 training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This evidence-based framework allows me to help partners improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and replace dysfunctional interaction patterns with healthier, more aligned behaviors. By focusing on the core components of the Sound Relationship House, I assist couples in building the foundation necessary for lasting change and mutual respect.

In addition to relationship counseling, I provide specialized support for individuals navigating ADHD and religious trauma. I understand the complexities of neurodivergence and the profound impact of spiritual distress on mental health. My approach integrates clinical expertise with a deep respect for each client’s unique narrative, helping them reclaim autonomy and develop effective coping strategies.
