As a marriage and family therapist I believe that reconciliation is the single greatest factor that one can possess to building a satisfying relationship. The ability to reconcile allows us to find peace amidst life’s unexpected twists and turns that all too often leave us feeling hurt, distressed, wounded, or disconnected. I help couples to learn how to utilize the skill of reconciliation to find the peace, growth, and positive change they are looking for.

Sometimes life is hard. Finding peace and reconciliation in our marriages, relationships, and with life's struggles can feel pretty overwhelming. All relationships have their "ups and downs", and at one time or another we all face challenges or obstacles that prevent us from having the marriage we want, or living the life we want to live. Whether we find reconciliation and peace with the difficult situations in our lives can make all the difference between whether we are happy with our lives, or not.

Reconciliation is an important part of my work. When you focus on reconciliation, when riffs in your relationships occur, then you are able to find that connection and intimacy between you and your partner can grow. The more you learn and implement reconciliation in your relationships, the stronger you, your partner & your family will be.

I addition to my training and experience working with couples and individuals, I have been married for 35 years. I have experienced the ups and downs of marriage and while raising our three children. I am a former pastor who integrates faith with therapy when my clients request it.
