About

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, UK, and I am licensed by the Community Development Authority in Dubai. I provide therapy in both English and Arabic.

My work with couples is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps partners improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional and physical connection. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and support couples experiencing recurring arguments, emotional distance, trust ruptures, intimacy concerns, major life transitions, and differences in needs or expectations.

As a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, I also integrate sex therapy-informed approaches into couples therapy. This allows couples to explore concerns related to sexual communication, differences in desire, emotional and physical intimacy, sexual confidence, and the impact of relationship difficulties on their sexual connection. These conversations are approached with sensitivity, respect, and without judgement.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I aim to create a confidential space where both partners feel heard while helping them understand unhelpful patterns and develop practical tools for lasting change.
