Her hope is to help you feel more connected to yourself and the important people in your life, including your partner(s). She takes a collaborative and education-focused approach to assist you with meeting your goals and feeling a more authentic sense of self. She is LGBTQA+ informed and an ally. She seeks to advocate for sexual health and empowerment. She utilizes Gottman strategies, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT approaches with her clients. Her approach is trauma-informed and works with clients’ strengths.
