I specialize in communication challenges, premarital & marital issues, infertility, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum transitions, and parenting support.
I'm a UCLA graduate with 15+ years of experience supporting couples and individuals through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply compassionate. I am highly engaged and won't be passively nodding while you do all the work! Something unique to me is that I combine IFS with the Gottman Method-which is a deep, highly transformative experience—ideal for those ready to do meaningful work. My approach is trauma informed & results focused, using evidence based therapeutic modalities.
