We all want to be loved, respected and understood but sometimes we need a little extra support to get there. Something unique about my approach is that I combine Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) with the Gottman Method-resulting in a deep, highly transformative experience—ideal for those ready to do meaningful work. I help couples and individuals learn how to build trust, genuinely connect, regulate their emotions and improve communication. I specialize in premarital & marital issues, communication challenges, life transitions, infertility, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum transitions, and parenting support.

I'm a UCLA graduate with 15+ years of experience supporting couples and individuals through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply compassionate. I am trauma informed and results focused, using evidence based therapeutic modalities-including Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Strength-Based.
