We all want to be loved, respected and understood but sometimes relationships can be really challenging. I help couples and individuals learn how to build trust, commitment and improve their communication. My approach is warm, direct and deeply compassionate. Every one of us needs support from time to time and whether it's at the beginning of a relationship, during a particularly difficult setback, or you’re simply tired of having the same arguments repeatedly, things can get better.
I specialize in Communication Issues, Premarital, Parenting Support, Infertility, Pregnancy/Prenatal/Postpartum, and Anxiety Relief. With over 15 years of experience, I've learned that we all have the ability to heal and grow but sometimes need skillful help to make it happen. I am trauma informed and use an integrated variety of evidence based therapy modalities that are proven to get results (Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, DBT, & Parts Work). Building genuine relationships with my clients enables us to work collaboratively and focus on deeply personalized treatment.
