I have been utilizing Gottman methods in couples counseling since 2004 and received training from Drs. John and Julie Gottman beginning in 2013. My mission is for you to leave each session feeling it was time well spent and that you are more equipped to manage your relationship challenges. Our sessions will take place via phone or telehealth and will have you on your way to accomplishing your goals from day one! As a therapist who is Level 3 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I'll offer tools you can use to move toward healthier relationships. My background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy are a dynamic duo that will help you replace or remove limiting beliefs and obstacles in your way, moving you toward the life you desire!
