I’m a licensed psychotherapist, mentor, coach, speaker, and author. For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate anxiety, relational struggles, spiritual or narcissistic abuse, burnout, lingering shame, and identity challenges.

My work is compassionate, curiosity-driven, and practical. Together, we slow down, explore the “why” behind your patterns, honor the ways you’ve survived, and build new rhythms rooted in self-trust, clarity, and emotional freedom.
