Many couples come to me feeling unsure about starting therapy. They worry it will lead to more arguing, more blame, and more heartache. If that’s what you’re imagining, I completely understand why reaching out might feel overwhelming. No one wants to walk into a space that feels like more of the same pain they’re already carrying.

But that’s not what our time together will be. In our sessions, we’ll work together to gently uncover what’s really beneath the conflict. Not to point fingers, but to foster understanding. You’ll learn how to communicate in ways that feel safe and effective, while also rebuilding the friendship and intimacy that may feel out of reach right now.

I often hear from couples that they never imagined their relationship could feel this connected again. My approach is steady and compassionate. I know how to bring in a bit of lightness when it's helpful, and I also know when to hold space so the two of you can reconnect in meaningful ways.

I offer in-person sessions at my Chandler, AZ office and virtual sessions throughout the state of Arizona. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you create the relationship you deserve.
