About

I specialize in helping couples who love each other but feel stuck in patterns that keep pulling them apart. Many of the couples I work with have already read the books, listened to podcasts, and even tried therapy before—but the same conflicts and distance keep resurfacing. My approach combines the structure of the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy with a calm, collaborative style that helps you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and rebuild connection in practical, lasting ways.

In our sessions, we work to strengthen friendship, repair trust, and improve communication so you can feel like teammates again instead of opponents. We’ll practice new skills in real time, learning how to talk about hard things without losing respect or closeness. My role is part therapist, part coach—guiding you through research-based exercises, offering clear feedback, and helping you apply new tools between sessions so growth continues beyond our meetings.

For individuals, I focus on relational themes such as emotional disconnection, communication struggles, or uncertainty about staying or leaving. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening and find clarity in how you want to move forward.

I offer 90-minute online sessions for couples and 60 minute sessions for individuals across California, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where understanding leads to genuine change.
