About
Relationships can be tested by distance, silence, trauma, or betrayal - especially when life changes suddenly. Many of the couples I work with feel lost between languages, cultures, or unspoken wounds that keep growing over time.
My approach is grounded in respect, emotional safety, and a deep belief in connection. I help partners make sense of what happened, rebuild trust after infidelity, work through emotional disconnection, and learn to be close again - sometimes in a new country, language, or life phase.
My background includes over 20 years of clinical practice, a PhD in psychology, and certification as a trainer and in person-centered psychotherapy (PCA Europe). I combine the Gottman Method with trauma-informed, experiential, and systemic work - especially for intercultural couples and those impacted by migration or war.
Sessions are available in English, Ukrainian - online . You’re not expected to be “fine” when everything around you has changed. Therapy can be the place where you begin to find your way back - to each other, and to yourself.
