I am passionate about helping couples learn healthy communication, break patterns of conflict and build connection. Through Gottman Couples Therapy, I empower clients to heal from past wounds so that they can establish secure, healthy relationships.

I like to take a proactive approach and help couples learn the skills they need that are necessary to enjoy a happy, healthy, and long-term relationship.

Each session is planned with exercises for you and your partner to learn to help you break patterns and become unstuck. You can expect to have "homework" and to work on these new skills after each session to become more accustomed to using them.
