I am a wife to my high school sweetheart of over 3 decades, a mother, and a dancer in my head (lol).

I love spending time with my family, shopping, trying new foods, laughing, and reading. I enjoy all things organizing and learning about connection, intimacy, and communication in relationships, including the relationship with oneself, because a “better ‘me’ makes a better ‘we’.
