About

I am passionate about the Gottman Method in helping to transform painful patterns in relationships, reducing destructive conflict, increasing intimacy and making your relationship full of fun and joy again. I work with heterosexual, gay and lesbian couples, families and siblings.

Do you find that the same topics explode into a painful argument at the drop of a hat? Do you argue about issues that you thought had been resolved? Do you find that you think about what your life would be like if you weren't in your relationship? Are you worried about the impact your fighting is having on your kids? Do you feel that your relationship is boring and stagnant and you want back the closeness you used to have?

I would love to work together to achieve your goal of having the kind of loving, fun, romantic relationship you both dream about. Or a warm supportive relationship with a parent, sister or brother.

I have been working with couples and families for 25+ years. I work in a way that is warm, direct, supportive, educational and full of laughter and joy.

Please call me today. Let's get started in creating the relationship you want and deserve.

I only provide therapy through Telehealth.
