Along with my academic and training credentials, I bring my own life experience to aid in working with couples and their challenges. I approach each couple hopeful, and believe most couples have untapped resiliency, strength, and potential within. Most times, they just lost focus along the way as life gets busy & messy.

I use an Integrative, trauma informed approach. I view each client & every couple as unique, and I customize my therapeutic approach based on their specific challenges and needs. There is always an abundance of acceptance, empathy, and kindness for my clients.
