Falling in love is easy! Staying in love and keeping a vibrant emotional and sexual connection requires honesty and self reflection. It often requires us to open our hearts, deepen our compassion, tame our rampant reactivity and fear-based self-protection. It is not easy work!

Often one or both partners are not entirely aware that cultivating a great relationship requires daily dedication to becoming a better, more evolved and conscious person. I spent years ruining a great relationship because I didn't train my thinking to support real intimacy. I discovered that my relationship with my partner was as my relationship with myself!

I am warm, direct, down to earth and provide a lot of feedback and interaction. I love teaching couples about the Gottman Method and helping you find your way back to the love that underlies the conflicts.
