About

*Currently keeping a waitlist for new clients.*

Hello! I specialize in working with couples and those struggling with sex/porn addiction. If you are desiring to heal and rebuild trust after infidelity, I would love to offer you compassionate and comprehensive guidance and expertise. I am also able to help partners develop their friendship, better manage conflict, and create new meaning together. If you are seeking individual therapy for sex/porn addiction, I have effective strategies for regaining control when lost in the cycle of addiction. Or perhaps you are battling anxiety or depression and looking for a listening ear and peaceful place to process. Please reach out!

As the only fully Certified Gottman Therapist in the Dayton region and one of two therapists in the area with sex addiction therapy training, I offer a unique level of training and experience. The two primary modalities that I use, Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Dr. Patrick Carnes’ task model for sex addiction therapy, have proven very successful.

I recognize how much courage it takes to reach out for help. Please know that I take the concerns of my clients very seriously and that I will respectfully partner with you in a meaningful way as we work toward your goals together. It would be my pleasure to work with you.
