About
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when people feel safe enough to explore themselves and their relationships with curiosity rather than judgment.
I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves or the people they care about most. My work integrates Gottman Method Couples Therapy, attachment theory, emotionally focused interventions, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop greater emotional awareness, resilience, and connection.
With couples, I help partners move beyond recurring cycles of conflict by increasing understanding, strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering emotional intimacy. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, I help couples identify the underlying needs, vulnerabilities, and attachment longings that often drive conflict. Together, we work toward building a relationship in which both partners feel heard, valued, and emotionally supported.
My style is warm, engaged, and authentic. I believe therapy is most effective when it combines practical tools with deeper exploration, helping clients not only understand their experiences but also create meaningful and sustainable shifts in their daily lives and relationships.
