Do you feel like your life is passing you by without any direction? Are you unsure if your relationship will last because of all the fighting? Do you struggle with communicating with your family? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? I believe that relationships are the center of our lives and when we are accepting and compassionate to ourselves we can bring our best to our relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families, who may be struggling through anxiety, depression and grief.
I take a strength based approach to therapy and guide you to find solutions to your problems. As I guide you in the therapeutic process, you may gain clarity about what you are feeling and needing in your life.
I graduated with my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Edgewood College and learned about a systems approach to therapy. Prior to receiving my Master's degree, I earned my Undergraduate degree in Fine Art. I enjoy creating art and find that it can aid in the healing process and aids in healing.
