Toyin serves couples in Tennessee and Michigan. I work with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection using research-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I support couples at stages, including premarital counseling, marital distress, and recovery after betrayal. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a focus on understanding how past experiences and attachment patterns shape relationship dynamics, especially for couples with relational wounds. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where partners feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate challenges and move toward healing and deeper connection. I integrate Christian faith into therapy for couples who desire it, honoring spiritual values and beliefs as part of the healing process.
