I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about working with people and guiding them on their journey of self-discovery.

My practice focuses on working with both individuals and couples. I support individuals in strengthening their social, family, romantic, and work relationships, while also deepening their connection to themselves. In my work with couples, I focus on enhancing emotional connection, improving communication and intimacy, and fostering healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

I support clients through challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, personal growth, communication issues, conflict, attachment issues and more.

I tailor my approach to each individual and couple, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities based on what best supports their goals. I also work with trauma and am trained in EMDR.
